Omer brings with him more than 15 years of in-house legal counseling experience, in telecommunication and global hi tech companies.

Omer has vast international experience of leading and managing the legal departments of both private and publicly listed companies, both on TASE and on NASDAQ.

Omer hold an LLB and LLM, and BA in Finance
