AMOS-7 is pivotal in expanding satellite coverage and enhancing the scope of satellite services offered by Spacecom. AMOS-7 offers improved satellite broadband, broadcast and data services to Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Beginning commercial operation at  4°West in 2017, AMOS-7 supports Ku-band steerable and fixed beams, delivering the capacity and satellite frequencies required for a range of advanced broadcast and broadband services, including:

• Direct-To-Home (DTH) TV
• Video distribution to cable head-ends
• VSAT satellite communications
• Satellite Broadband Internet

4° WEST

Satellites:  AMOS-3 and AMOS-7

Coverage: powerful satellite coverage over Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Middle East (ME) & Africa

Capacity: 80% capacity dedicated to video services
